Our Clinics & Services
The immunsation clinics are held weekly by our Practice Nurse.
We have a part-time counsellor attached to the practice. Access to the counsellor is by referral from the doctor.
Family planning advice is available from any of the doctors. We provide general contraceptive advice, as well as prescribing contraceptive pills and injections. There is also a coil and implant fitting service, which is carried out by Dr Shaw - please contact the surgery to make an appointment to discuss this service with Dr Shaw.
We offer a range of minor surgery procedures including cryotherapy, joint injections and aspirations.
Dr Gill has a fellowship in sports medicine and has experience in looking after elite and international athletes covering a range of sports.
Advice is available from the doctors or practice nurses.
These are available by appointment with our Practice Nurses. Both our Practice Nurses are trained in travel immunisations. Advice is free and many of the immunisations are also free. Please contact reception who will assist you.
If you are absent from work for less than seven days you may self-certify. Forms are available from your employer. If you are absent from work for more than seven days you will require a medical certificate from the doctor.
If you need the services of an interpreter, please contact reception and let them know prior to booking an appointment with a Clinician.
We have a dedicated results line, which is available from 2pm every day. This is for patients to ring and find out the results of any tests they have had (ie bloods, ultrasound scans, x-rays etc). The number for this line is 0161 426 5784.
